Alta Manor Featured by the Yonkers Historical Society

We are delighted to see Alta Manor celebrated by the Yonkers Historical Society, which shared the Manor’s appearance in Netflix’s The Watcher alongside its rich Yonkers history. Built in 1912 for Captain Robert Boettger, Alta Manor has stood in historic Park Hill for more than a century. We are grateful to see its architecture, history, and place in the Yonkers community so warmly recognized.
